Our Black 4-1/2" Swivel Staple Safety Hasps are constructed from durable and sturdy steel, ensuring they are resistant to corrosion and built to last. With a black powder finish, these safety hasps are not only solid and heat-resistant, but also scratch-resistant and rust-resistant. They are designed to keep doors securely closed without the need for a padlock.

For additional safety, the padlock door hasp latch is 1/16" thick and features no sharp edges. This design is meant to keep doors or cabinets shut, protecting personal privacy and preventing unwanted access from strangers. It also helps to prevent pets or toddlers from accidentally opening doors. A spring washer secures the swivel staple in a fixed position at all times.

Installing the Gate Hasp Lock is easy and convenient, as it comes with 7 mounting screws measuring 15/16", a 4-3/8" hasp, a 9/16" lock base, and installation instructions. The hasp latch has a maximum opening and closing angle of 300 degrees, making it suitable for both 180 degree and 90 degree installations. The position of installation can be adjusted according to your specific needs.
